Currently: putting probabilistic systems behind decisions that used to live on instinct, and giving instinct the room it still deserves.
Open Call
Once a year, Twogether. One opens its doors to NGO projects creating positive impact for society and nature.
Twogether.One
A senior consulting and engineering practice for organisations operating at scale. Software development, security architecture, and applied AI/ML — built by a team that has shipped to Microsoft, Heineken, P&G, Tata Communications, e& by Etisalat and T-Mobile, among others.
Back-office and operations through DPG.
SentimatriX
A research-driven quantitative trading practice — operating where capital is constrained and uncertainty is the asset. Hierarchical Bayesian inference, Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling, and Extended Long Short-Term Memory (xLSTM) sequence models applied to market microstructure, options-surface dynamics, news embeddings, sentiment streams, and regime-aware state representations. Every signal carries its own posterior; every position, its own exit logic; every model, its own rollover protocol. The thesis: future capital allocation belongs to systems that can quantify uncertainty in real time and act on it with calibrated conviction, not avoid it. Built to be wrong gracefully and right with discipline.
2ART
A house for artists working in painting, drawing, music, and adjacent forms. For exceptional events, 2ART arranges representation, vernissages, and exhibitions, supported by a working curator network across the Czech Republic and Germany.
Banana Labs
A laboratory for the problems that don't yet have a clean shape. Hybrid teams of engineers, researchers, and agents working as one surface; production systems where the model is one component, not the product. Vehicle for ideas that outgrow their first context.
BoardHerald
Reporting infrastructure for boards, founders, partners, and LPs handling material non-public information. End-to-end encryption by default, MCP-native context flow, granular audit trails. Compatible with PaperClip agents out of the box. Built for hybrid governance — where boards and agentic systems share one decision surface.
Where Is Tereza
Real-time GPS tracking for long walks, road trips, expeditions, and pilgrimages. Sources include phone apps, dedicated devices, and Garmin® inReach® satellite messengers — all on one live map. Public, unlisted, or fully private trips, with privacy zones and organisation-scoped data. Named for the person it was first built for.

My very first personal office with my first Intel 286 laptop at my teenage age.
My grandfather was a captain in the air force. He died at thirty-four, through no fault of his own, in a MiG-15. I never met him. I'm a sea captain now, and a maritime radio operator — the same two trades, moved from the sky to the water. Whether that's where it came from is impossible to say cleanly. The gravity is there. My father is a radio operator, hi-fi engineer, and — by sheer accumulation of equipment — a near-professional meteorologist. My mother taught me Czech — properly. The kind you can think in.
At thirteen I set up my first office around an Intel 286 laptop. Between fifteen and seventeen I worked as a network engineer at u&we Advertising, writing the proprietary printing and display software that kept their systems running around the clock. In 1999, at sixteen, I acquired the domain name reklamnipredmety.cz. And that, many years later, turned into something I would call a recognizable business.
At eighteen I founded DPG and started building the EdgeFrame product family — a content management system and a helpdesk system, eventually sold both on-premise and as SaaS. It was during this period that I met Tomáš Silný, with whom I have worked continuously since.
The EdgeFrame decade brought clients across both ministries and enterprises: Volkswagen Group, BMW Invelt, Heineken Brewery, Starobrno Brewery, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Regional Development, the University of Chemistry and Technology, the Czech Telecommunication Office. That decade lit the spark. Building for those clients meant building systems that had to stay up, respond fast, and survive load — high-availability, low-latency, high-demand. The door to the next category of work opened from there.
